Franklin County Adult Community Education

This workshop will offer a brief introduction to movements from BrainGym. You’ll get a taste of its history, experience the balance process, and learn how the movements can be used in everyday life - no matter how old or young you are.

Please dress comfortably, bring a bottle of water, and come fragrance-free. Thank you.
